Banana Bear Acrylics is a small business run by Brianna Medina in Roswell, NM. This page explains how we handle your information when you call, text, book a visit or sign a consent form. Updated November 2026.
Information we collect
Your name, phone number and email when you contact us. The name of the senior community, the residents booked and any health notes you choose to share, so we can provide safe care. Signed consent forms, kept on paper or as a scanned copy.
How we use it
To schedule and confirm visits, to send appointment reminders, to answer your questions, and to keep the records New Mexico licensing rules require. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messages (SMS)
When you text or call 575-805-3900, or give us your mobile number when booking, you agree to receive text messages from Banana Bear Acrylics about your appointments: confirmations, reminders, schedule changes and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 575-805-3900.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the vendors that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Who sees it
Brianna Medina and the scheduling service that runs our phone and text line. Health notes on consent forms are seen only by the technician.
